Welcome to the Storytailor Affiliate Program! By signing up, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully to ensure a successful partnership.

1. Enrollment and Participation

• Eligibility: To enroll in our program, you must submit a complete and accurate application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, misaligned brand values, incomplete applications, or violation of these terms in the past.
• Approval Notification: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email granting access to your affiliate dashboard and unique tracking link.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Storytailor across various platforms (websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, etc.) as long as such promotions:
  • Align with our brand values (creativity, inclusivity, empowerment).
  • Are honest, transparent, and not misleading.
  • Respect applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and privacy standards.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • No spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
  • No bidding on Storytailor trademarks or brand keywords in paid search ads without prior approval.
  • No use of false or exaggerated claims about Storytailor products or services.
  • No copying or altering Storytailor assets or branding without written consent.
  • No promotion on sites containing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

3. Commission and Payment

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 30% commission on each referred payment, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud.
• Cookie Duration: The program operates on a 30-day cookie tracking system. You will receive credit for any referred purchase made within 30 days of a user clicking your affiliate link.
• Payment Terms:
  • Payments are issued on a Net-15 basis, meaning commissions earned in one calendar month will be paid 15 days after the end of that month.
  • You must reach a minimum payout threshold of $50 before receiving a payout. Balances below this threshold will carry over to the next payment period.
  • Payments will be made via the method specified in your affiliate dashboard (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
• Invalid Transactions: Commissions will not be paid on purchases that are refunded, canceled, disputed, or deemed fraudulent.

4. Intellectual Property

• License: Storytailor grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use our approved logos, banners, and promotional assets for the sole purpose of promoting Storytailor.
• Restrictions: You may not:
  • Modify any Storytailor assets without prior approval.
  • Claim ownership of any Storytailor intellectual property.
  • Use Storytailor branding in a way that suggests you are an employee or representative of Storytailor.
